Originally from the rolling landscapes of Southern Indiana, Cindy relocated to Franklin, TN, over 30 years ago. What began as an experiment to see if real estate was her calling quickly blossomed into a 35+ year career—and counting—filled with success, passion, and a sense of purpose. Along the way, she earned her broker’s license and, in 2000, founded United Country Real Estate | Leipers Fork, setting the foundation for one of the area’s most respected agencies.

Today, Cindy’s expertise stretches from hilltops to hidden hollows, winding creeks to sprawling farmland. If there’s a question about farms, land, or country estates, chances are Cindy already has the answer — and likely a story to go with it. She believes real estate is more than just a transaction — it’s about the whole experience. That’s why she’s often found touring properties by Can-Am, not just offering a quick look from the gate, but truly immersing clients in the land they’re dreaming about.

Beyond her professional life, Cindy and her husband, Eddie Wilson, have created their slice of heaven along the South Harpeth River — a peaceful small farm that flourishes with a pick-your-own blueberry patch, miniature donkeys, a loyal Australian Shepherd named Roscoe, and a spirited Miniature Australian Shepherd named Daisy. Their beloved German Shepherd, Emmylou, now watches over them from Heaven, forever a part of their hearts.
