Madelyn Christie

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, I’ve had the opportunity to live in Atlanta, Charlotte, and now
Middle Tennessee, which has given me a deep appreciation for the unique character of different communities and the importance of finding the place that truly feels like home. While my career led me into nursing and the medical device industry, my passion for real estate, land, and renovation has been a lifelong constant.

As a former orthopedic and spine operating room nurse, I learned how to listen carefully, anticipate
challenges, and manage complex, multi-layered projects where no two days are ever the same.
Those same skills continue to serve me today, whether I’m helping clients navigate a real estate transaction, managing my 89-acre working farm, or overseeing a major renovation project. Growing up with a grandfather in the construction business and a brother who is an architect, I was immersed in building, design, and the art of transforming spaces, fostering an appreciation for both the craftsmanship behind a home and the vision required to bring a property to its full potential.

After decades of living the city life, I am now fulfilling a lifelong dream of owning a working farm in Middle Tennessee. Stewarding this 89-acre working farm has taught me lessons that only the land itself can provide. I’ve learned that stewardship is a balance of hard work, patience, and respect for what came before. Caring for horses, donkeys, barn cats, dogs, and abundant wildlife has reinforced the value of consistency, adaptability, and daily dedication.

For more than 30 years, I have been creating a cozy nest for my family, both human and four-
legged. Over the years, I have designed and renovated several homes of my own and am currently restoring a 200-year-old farmhouse. My farm has given me a place to fuel my passion for farm-to-table growing where I can feed my family and entertain friends and family in a space that is welcoming, functional, and full of character. I hope to help others find their place to put down roots and begin their next chapter in Middle Tennessee by providing thoughtful guidance, strong advocacy, and a personalized experience throughout the process.
