Cindy Garvey, Broker/Agent
Cindy Garvey, the name has become synonymous with Leipers Fork Real Estate. Raised in Southern Indiana Cindy made the move to Middle Tennessee 25 years ago. Once she made the decision to “try” real estate there was no looking back.
She has lived and worked in the Leipers Fork area of Williamson County for 18 years. She knows this area. When people have questions about farms or land she probably has the answer. She’s not afraid to get in her 4X4 and drive clients all over property to make sure it’s the “perfect” piece they’ve been looking for.
As the broker and owner of the Leipers Fork/Franklin United Country franchise she has built a team (or “family”) of agents with like goals- -to know this area better than anyone and to take care of clients with the highest level of service possible.

Olivia Stelter, Agent
She chose to be a Realtor® which means that she is held to a higher standard than a ordinary real estate agent.
Olivia Stelter is an active member of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® (WCAR). By becoming a Realtor®, she has agreed to abide by the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics which imposes duties above and in addition to the laws set by both the State of Tennessee and the federal government.
During her college years at MTSU, Olivia was given a solid foundation to be a future Realtor® as she worked as a real estate legal assistant to a retired judge who practiced real estate law here in Middle Tennessee. She received a BS in Economics where she focused on urban and regional development, marketing, statistics and market analysis.
Trying to better understand what makes a house a better, Olivia signed on to the sometimes almost overwhelming task of remodeling a house for resale. By so doing, she was given a truly 'hands-on' education in what she, her sellers and buyers should look for and understand as they sell and buy property. While emotion and need will always play a dominate role in the successful sale or purchase of any property, a Realtor® needs to understand the nuts and bolts (literally) of all that's out there.

Earl Wilson, Associate Broker
I became a Real Estate sales person in 1976 in South Carolina. I moved to Kentucky in 1977 and continued working in real estate plus building. As general contractor, I built 80 single family homes including Hearth Stone Log Homes. I was a HUD Asset Manager from 1997 to 1999. I opened my own office in 1992 in Elizabethtown, Ky. and became a United Country Office in 2003 to 2008 only closing due to my wife's deteriorating health. As a Real Estate Broker, builder and property manager, I have always placed God first, family second, and clients third. I believe that if a person is not HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY and RELIABLE, they should not be in business. There is not much that I enjoy more , than assisting clients in locating the right property to fit their wants, needs and budget. I hold a Ky and In Broker license, therefore I have a great referral network.
